• Handling incoming payments, including invoicing, tracking receivables, and collection activities.

• Managing debts and pursuing the collection of overdue payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Matching the balance in the company's accounting records with the corresponding amount in its bank account.

Inventory Management

• Tracking and managing inventory levels, costs, and valuation.

Fixed Asset Management:

• Recording, tracking, and managing the company’s fixed assets.

Internal Controls and Audit Support:

• Establishing internal controls to mitigate financial risks and supporting external audit processes.

Financial Reporting:

• Preparation of key financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) either with clients incomplete records or trial balance.

Tax Preparation and Filing:

• Preparing and filing tax returns, including Paye, VAT, Ssnit, income tax, and other relevant taxes.

Compliance Management:

• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitoring and managing the inflow and outflow of cash to ensure sufficient liquidity.

Payroll Processing:

• Calculating employee pay, deductions, and processing payroll taxes.

Budget Preparation and Monitoring:

• Assisting in creating budget plans and monitoring financial performance against the budget.

Management Accounting and Decision Support:

• Analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making to guide the organization's strategic and operational decisions.
